Here is the 2020 Kia Sportage Maintenance schedule that you should follow:
Every 6000 miles, or 6 months, whichever comes first: Take your Sportage in for a basic maintenance service. During this car service, the technician will give the car an oil and oil filter change. They will also give a basic inspection of the car's other components, as a way to gauge whether everything is working alright. Your Sportage will get a tire rotation as well.

Why do you say that i have to schedule my first oil change when i get my first 5, 000 miles? if the owner manual says i have to do it when my forte gets 7, 500 miles ?

I have KIA seltos GCC and this service center selling me until 31k miles package and they said sparkplug, break pads are included

Watching your video says it only need to replace sparkplug at 40k miles. Even on my manual it says change only sparkplug at 43k miles or 70k km. The breakpad doesn't need to change also.

This kia service center in gcc is ripping-off.
