Aden Duale spill the beans on State House meeting on fuel VAT proposal

Majority Leader Aden Duale confirms that 181 attended the memorandum meeting at State House. He said that the President took them through the memorandum and in uniform, they all agreed on 5 areas that the President would return to parliament based on the finance bill 2018 in the exercise of his powers according to the constitution. The majority leader said it would be hard for other members to reject the proposed 8% VAT bill if the Jubilee members voted for it.
