Nursing Discharge Process in the US // Nurse Juan OFW

I wasn't suppose to post this- since I felt like it is not complete, but I got stuck in sitting a patient and had nothing else to edit on my Phone. So just bare with this for now. It still has some nice content in it. :)

Here in California the discharge process is pretty much the same but we have case managers who overlook the discharge disposition of all the patients, and patient who goes to nursing home the case managers arrange those transfer and will let us know, when and where they will be DC, we usually work closely with them since they also facilitate equipments (if approved by the patient”s insurance) for home use such as walkers, commodes, canes, wheelchairs ect ect . We only use ambulance if patient needs cardiac monitor, high acuity or transfer to tertiary level of care, they use medical transport such as Vans ( kaya maggandang business din dito medical transport) .

Nurse Juan Po, have you ever thought about being a part time nurse in the Army Reserve or other military reserve? You would be a terrific Army nurse and it would help you to qualify for rapid citizenship.

Diko na experience mismo ung pyxis pero nagattend ako ng one day training sa hosp nmin bago ako nagexit sa middle east kaya diko tlg sya alam gamitin in actual. Mahirap po ba?
