I made my first Einkorn Sourdough Ciabatta today. I'm grateful for this video because I was struggling understanding the shaping of the loaf and the use of the couche from the description in the cookbook. This helped a lot. I cannot believe how beautiful the loaf turned out, and it tastes great! I've found all of Carla's videos very informative.
