The shoking thing about earth hour is.. in my country there is a namesday where we celebrate our names or sum and my names day is on 25th of march the thing is that my name means mother earth of my country so yeahhh

DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN EARTH HOUR IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT!!!! .Earth hour is bad for the environment. It puts a lot of stress on the electrical utility system for no electricity to be there and then suddenly back to normal loads all at once. What do you think happens to the electrical system when there was no energy consumption and then there was a shit load surge of energy consumption
