Well, I didn't mean to not upload for over a month - in fact, I filmed this prior to my leaving for university so that I'd have something to go up in the first few weeks of being here! But I got a new laptop as part of moving to university, and turns out that it doesn't like one of the editing softwares I use, hence taking three weeks to edit and then upload a video from late September.

Anyway, I hope you liked this video! I had a great time with all three of these books, and I really hope that this inspires someone to pick them up. I know that Ace of Spades is pretty popular at the moment, but the same can't be said for WPTSO and Full Disclosure, so do consider reading them if my review made them sound like your kind of book!

Back to reading ballads and 18th century novels for my lectures it is...

I've been meaning to read Ace of Spades for a while but I didn't know there was a queer character being outed (my fault didn't check out the TWs yet). It's something I can find quite triggering, do you think it's still worth the read? I ask because I have to assume It's a big part of the plot
