This is a great backpack. I understand the company has updated the hardware resulting in the strap loosening. But, has the strap itself been addressed to add more padding for comfortability? Thank you.

I'm a fan of this bag. Would love to see it or something like it, and perhaps a Weekender duffel while we're at it, in the 18x14x8-inch form factor required by some persnickety airlines for under-seat storage. Honestly, this is a huge, missed opportunity right now as so many bag makers have the longest dimension of their products at 19 to 22 inches, which is OK for overhead storage but not ideal--or even allowed, in some cases--under airplane seats.

Really love all your products, however i am very scared of buying any of your backpacks because of the common reviews found on Amazon showing that the straps loosen often and people need to keep tightening each time they use the bag. I am however enjoying your venture sling 9L

Great looking backpack but the only thing is holding me back is the front side pocket lacking in organization and keychain is too basic 😕 but everything else is great
