Video 5. In this video we observe how to neutralize the trypsin with the addition of our media. Our media contains 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) to neutralize the trypsin. After adding our media we will use a serological pipette to pipette up and down several times to remove cells that have clumped.
