You are the cutest, just love how cheerful you always are :) You could make refried beans with the can pintos. Or quick, rice and pintos add some of your own seasonings in the. I like both dry and can, just depends on what kind of mood I'm in... Lol The stale bread you could make a bread pudding. But I know you and you will figure out what to make and use it all. :) Thanks so much for sharing, looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

If you make some banana bread, you should try some batter in your waffle maker and see if that works! It did great for me with the cornbread, just an idea! I'm team dried beans for the same reason you mentioned. Being able to season as they cook! I've been making Stratas as well! So yummy! You could make an apple one with those and some raisins or something and do the sweet version you mentioned. Maybe bake it in a smaller pan so it isn't too much for just the two of you! Great haul and can't wait for your cooking videos!

Prefer dry beans. You can make a strata with some many combinations of food. If I do a sweet one like the French toast I like to spinkle cooked breakfast sausages or diced ham in it. You could even mash the bananas and add it to the eggs for the strata with cinnamon. It would probably be delicious. You can't do wrong making bread or muffins. I prefer muffins personally. Thanks for sharing your haul. Stay safe!

Banana Bread! I just baked 6 loaves! I'd be happy to share my recipe. It's the recipe my grandmother, mother, and aunties used. All my cousins and I still use it. Let me know if you'd like to have it. I'm 61 and from the deep south. I love to cook and share recipes! I use alot of the Depression Era recipes I learned from my Mama who lived thru the Depression. I'm team dry beans. However, when I'm in a hurry, those canned beans sure do come in handy!

What state are you in? We get nothing here but trash foods in Pennsylvania.
