The interiors didn’t disappoint: Business class looked elegant, premium economy lived up to its name, and the refreshed economy section featured USB ports and well-thought-out storage. While it lacked the Vistara feel, the overall ambiance was a significant upgrade. Once airborne, I sampled a range of snacks—some were delightful, like the creamy chicken stew, while others, like the deep-fried sweet corn, were less impressive.
The vegetarian options were equally intriguing, with a tasty paneer-stuffed aloo and a patty that hit the spot. Despite a 40-minute delay, the service was exceptional, especially thanks to Prashant, who ensured a memorable experience.
