I like how, at 78, Trump sleeps for 4-5 hours a night. It makes me feel better about voting for an elderly man. Unless he has a health issue during the next four years, he won’t slow down working for all Americans. He’s a workaholic.

I love watching this show. It’s the first thing I do when I get off work. It’s so interesting listening to viewpoints from both sides. Every other place I get my political commentary is either 90% right or 90% left. I can’t watch it anymore. There is nothing out there for people that want to hear the positives and negatives for both sides. One thing, I’d recommend to make sure this doesn’t devolve into professional talking heads taking up 3/4 of the show. When you get to 100k subs, I fear it will happen. 3/4 regular folks to 1/4 talking heads is a good mix.

Mark is more right than wrong on a lot of these issues and I think its safe to say that Harris probably just isnt the political athlete they need her to be in this moment. I agree shes is probably losing in 6 of the 7 battleground states and running in some cases 6-7 pts behind senate dems. Her lack of campaign aggressiveness, travelling or a consistent economic message is alarming. They are running a passive 2020 strategy and I think it will backfire. She is the weakest Dem nominee since John Kerry but at least I think Kerry would be doing a lot of interviews and barnstorming the rust belt. I also agree the biggest(and dumbest) political mistake she made so far is not selecting Josh Shapiro. You have a deep bench to choose from and you select the 6th best option on the team. Walz has contributed very little and I think Vance is going to really put in a solid performance against him at the debate. Its interesting how people say Trump is undisciplined and not staying on message, which is true but I almost feel like Harris is worse because she is too disciplined and has no message. With all the money and the media power she has behind her she is not pulling her own weight. Other than the debate which I praise her for, I dont think she has really run that effective of a campaign. I sense a lack of confidence and political savvy. Candidate quality matters and it was going to take a really good candidate to beat Trump. As much as people on the left want to project her as being that, so far she just simply isnt.
