Oh wow, just discovered something. I’m lucky enough to have a theatre set up in my basement. Watching on the big screen all but eliminates the GoPro effect! I usually watch on my phone or laptop. Recommendation to all: find the biggest screen possible to watch these types of vids. It’s a game changer!

What an amazing amazing trail. So many good features. Porbs one of my best to watch a vid on. Also the lighting for this vid today is great.

I actually read your description “before” watching the vid this time. Since you referenced your 2018 TT ride, and how things had changed over 4 years, thought I’d rewatch that one first to set up todays video. 5 things I noted: the son/mom schtick started early in your YouTube career!; you must have hooked up with Braden soon after moving out west; the Yoann Barelli sighting!; I much prefer the helmet cam to the chesty; and, most important, you’ve progressed a ton - especially on skinnies!

Thanks for throwing a few other trails into the vid - especially Rupert, which I’ve actually ridden and look forward to riding again soon. To date, it’s my favourite trail I’ve ridden. When I rode it, it was a bit more like your first vid of Treasure Trail, with lots of stops and line analyses. Hopefully I progress as you have and pull off a top to bottom at some point!

Sweet. Like that trail, but looking forward to when things fully "melt" and you can get up to the "Into the Mystic" loop, of all the stuff you've shown, that has got to be my favourite loop. But, that's just being picky, you live and ride in some of the most beautiful terrain I can imagine.
Someone took some pride in making that bridge at 6:00, that's SO cool, props to the builder.

Glad you're getting some sponsors, but yeah, um, bit on the pricey side of things, paying for higher US/N.America labour, small runs and marketing BS. What makes them worth almost twice as much as a similar set of CNC'd Hope pedals made in England?

If only there was a way to have drone/zipline cam footage to truly appreciate how you approach some of this tech sections. It's just so smooth how well skinnies and drops are done through some tough/tight sections. DS, how was the transition from riding Ontario trails compared to BC trails? Between you and the fellow Mtbuskateers, the content just continues to be stellar! Shred on, Sir, Shred on!

Those skinnies are crazy, I'm moving out west this summer so we'll have to ride together but you'll need to take me on some easier trails :D
