From the looks of it. It could be any radio station in America. Add to it an adjoining TV studio and you're looking at a first-class operation but this is high school. Fulton high now celebrating a milestone. It was December 18th, 1952 a year after Fulton welcomed it's first students and WKCS radio went on the air. Now into its 70th year, it's been a staple. Now incorporating state-of-the-art TV production.
