steamdb charts shows the last 24-hour online peak was 1614 players, far from 59k players when you launch the game, the drop rate is insane.
Every month, most of the new content are fashion, collab this collab that, and you add "limited task", and shove it to players.
Have you ever wondered, why the online players are so low if you compare it from classic PSO2 back in the day?
You can literally add more Photon Arts, Story quest, side/sub-quest, enhance the map with real CITY rarther than refugee like now, you can add more type of enemies, enhance the weather effect etc, there are literally tons of things you could add to make the game feel alive, but no, you choose to shove players with fashion. Phasion Star Online. that is what this game about, no more phantasy.

I logged in for the first time in 2 years and the only new stuff is cel-shaded graphics and a card game.

New player here ten days in tryin to learn the game and items etc.... I gave up. I can't equip any gear or cosmetics without jumping through loops just for it to barely work, no proper tutorials in game, too many things missing to the point I get more confused just by earning rewards that I once again can't even wear or use. Last but not least no one is even active or even offering to help new players learn. Everyone stays in their own circle or just harassed me for being new(death threats and such). I literally got flash-banged five minutes prior to this comment asking for help just for the avatars to load in. Giant stacked naked woman furry thing mashing emotes to mimic throwing it back on some naked dude sitting in a chair followed by around eight other avatars straight up getting freaky. That's right, a in lobby orgy with multiple people. I was really interested in the game at first, but now nothing is explained and at this point the game is barely hanging on and using goon bait to keep players. I mean- literally in the update video a few days ago there was a few seconds showing off boobs bruh...

I will say this has a long fan of phantasy star franchise, shutdown the game, its not saveable, you guys show more and more how you literaly dont care, scratches are invested all the resources on, nothing is being done to revive the game, shut it down and make a new game with content (it means do a fcking base game), have alot of events to do cause big map and nothing to do n explore is sad and cut the amount of scratches you do and create new things to sell like housing stuff etc, its shameful to see a franchise die cause of greedy corps, if you guys need someone with vision n creativity send me a message i will be onboard to show you how to make the game get peoples attention and how to invest the money wisely and dumbly.
