Merge 6D0F Blaster is the future of AR Laser Tag

This ARKit- and ARCore-ready toy transforms an iPhone or Android phone into a smooth blasting-game machine. We gave it a shot at CES 2018, and were pleasantly surprised by its graphics and multiplayer capabilities. If it all comes together, we could be witnessing the future of toys.

Do they have a California compliant version?

Was thinking about this today. Interesting to see other people had the same idea. Should just 3D print props that can hold a cell phone with a cheap controller trigger. Not sure this is going to make it...But interesting. The laser tag I always dreamed of as a kid may eventually be a reality! Hopefully in time for my kids.

Multiplayer as in online multiplayer or hotspot-wifi multiplayer ?

Is it charging my phone at the same time?

Still not what I'm looking for in AR. What we need are glasses that encompass 100% of the human field of view.

THAT would be the killer product to make *real* AR happen -- not just dumb phone gyroscope & camera tricks.

Good, another hunk of plastic that would only be used one every few months.

My gosh, is this serious? There have been many previous physical gun controllers that have absolutely failed to take off. I don't see how this can possibly be any different, especially with such an ugly design.

Also multiplayer phone laser tag, but you need a whole open hall to play? just sounds like a bad idea.
