Just wanted to say that since I left my terrible home life and started out on my own, your videos have helped me be more productive towards my goals. Honestly I see you as a real life version of the Lofi girl studying, but please make sure you're taking breaks. Everyone needs one, even Studio Ghibli movies have breaks in the middle lol. Thanks for being a good influence on me.

The thing I learned after years of weight training and martial arts is that in order to make progress at a constant pace, it is important to not go all out during every single workout session. There is a difference between putting in enough effort to stimulate your muscles to grow and overworking your body to the point where it literally starts burning your muscles for fuel, which is quite counterproductive. Consistency beats intensity. And this is true for all kinds of activities, whether it is lifting weights or martial arts or studying or any other skill. Life is not a 100m dash, Its a 160Km ultramarathon. So, it is important to pace yourself and not burn yourself out in the first 100 meters.

I thought i was doing okay but when you started to talk, i got teary all of a sudden. I think these days i'm putting a lot of pressure to myself too. I don't have energy to do anything so im just laying down almost all day and it makes me feel "useless" so things are geting worse and worse. You're doing great, but please take your time to heal yourself it's more important than anything. I'm sure that we'll get better together. I'm waiting for the videos and i'm really excited! thank you, i love you.

That’s just how life is. Our lives cant get better day by day we all have upsides and downs at some points in our lives. You can cry it’s fine, but dont let it ruin your mental health just know that there will be days you will feel better. You work really hard, and you deserve everything. You should be proud of yourself for working hard with your honour and make money like that. You are an admirable person you will be okay love you 🙏🏻💜
