Y’all have to make sure you use the brush vertically then horizontally after the tangles are removed. Also, having your hair wet with detangling conditioner will help a lot as well. I have a mixture of 3A and 4C, when I don’t comb my hair for 3 days it starts to loc up. Because I have issues with my hands cramping up, I didn’t comb my hair out for a month and a half and it was literally loc’d 😂 but I was able to comb it out with no problem. My hair is the same length as hers and it takes me no more than 25 minutes to do my entire head. Section it In 4’s to make it easier

Yes it is. I have and have had the Wet Brush. They have this S shaped brush for detangling. My hair broke that po thang. My sister gave me this EZ Brush 2 years ago. It is my go to brush to detangle. I Spray my As I am detangling spray and this brush. Delivers

I have this brush too and it works best first vertically then horizontally. Easy to clean and you can adjust the tension with the bar on the back

what is it with some 4c girlies that think that all 4c hair is dry and hard AF as theirs?? because YOUR type 4, or your 4a, 4b, and 4c can not make it through the comb, does not mean all of ours can not. cut it off then since you do not know how to take care of it. just complaining all the time.
