Hey Ricky

I have a different approach and made quite some good experience with that. I offer internships and hire from universities, students that study journalism or something similar. Of course, before hiring them, we make an assessment.

They stay with us for 6 months. I train them up in the beginning and then we make regular teachings and performance control. But they are all treated like 100% employees.

This way we have fresh minds that learn very fast and are very motivated. Another advantage is, that they become experts in the field.

Also I have the social aspect and teach them about corporate culture and possible business opportunities for them in the future. A team of 2 guys produces 100-140 posts in 6 month.

Maybe something for you guys to try.

Hi Jim and Ricky. Love from Malaysia. I have been follow this channel awhile, it's introduced your channel from the other mandarin article.
It's very infomative and i love it. I'm very interested for the income school program too. But I have a question :
1. Can i apply this online business method in my language(Mandarin)? Does it able to get monetized while i'm using mandarin? Cause i'm a chinese.
2. Cause i found most of the affiliate program are in english. My english is not that good to write and performs?

I was just dealing with this issue today. I decided not to take your advice of doing my own blogs posts in the beginning. I decided this because it's taken me a month just to redo my website, so I hired out a company to help me complete it.

I was sent drafts today and I could tell they were not writers who understood my industry.

Lots of revisions have to be made. Took me an hour to send them everything that needed to be revised.

At this point I don't think I want anyone doing the writing. This is going to take me months just to get a dozen blogs up.

Quick question: Is starting a viral news media website still worth it? Think LADbible, SportBible, BuzzFeed but less woke.
Over the last 9 months, I've grown considerable audiences on FB / Instagram / Pinterest and I want to transition to building a news/digital publisher website. I realize that getting organic traffic from Google in that niche is a lost cause but what if I use my active FB / Instagram page following alongside the website?
