God is ALWAYS THERE WHEN WE NEED HIM.. about 20 years ago, my daughter, pregant with her first daughter, and I, were on an icy road and my vehicle was heading straight for a snowplow in front of us .. I did nt know what to do to avoid it and I prayed.. God please help me...suddenly I felt one hand on each of my hands, steering the wheel ever so slightly to the left, then so slightly to the right and we passed the snowplow without hitting it. . . I felt these gentle hands on mine and i know God Saved us that day.. I will never forget that cold winter day.

We often make stupid decisions in life, but we should always remember that our Father in heaven knows us well. He is always ready to help us move on and get over those decisions. We must first however humble ourselves.

This message is just as powerful now as it was when Elder Holland delivered it in General Conference. There is no more powerful message in all the world than that of Jesus Christ's ability & loving desire to save us & lift us during our times of need.
