The "Last of Us" show had a good first two episodes and then the third episode director used his episode as a 'teachable moment' to instruct us about the emotional lives of middle-aged gay men who just happened to run into each during a pandemic zombie apocalypse. But hey, shirtless Nick Offerman, everybody! Thanks so much! Let's see what the DD third episode does . . .

Every season has an awesome single-shot scene. The first season's hallway was great. Season 3 had the best single shot scene of all time...the prison escape scene. This one was good for the exception that CGI was used which made much of it look fake and obviously in front of a green-screen. Best Disney+ show so far. But I, like Chato, will hold my breath and wait to see how they try to stick the landing.

It's pleasant to see a shining kernel of corn in the heaping pile of poop Disney frequently dumps on streaming. I'm liking this so far. These 1st 2 episodes have done a good job setting the table and introducing the motivations of our central characters while adding some mystery and unknown elements as well.

people may not remember, but the Ben Affleck Daredevil had a directors cut which was much better than the the theatrical, and it had much more court room drama with Matt being Matt.

Once upon a time, I would learn about a new show while channel surfing. During these surfing festivities, I would stumble upon commercials advertising the arrival of a new show. At first I might not think anything of it; then, after seeing the same commercial 2 or 3 more times, I might start to think, "That show looks interesting. I think I may tune in.' Very often, this could lead to the discovery a new-found beloved series that I would watch for decades to come...

Now, I don't know what's playing when or where. And even if I do watch something, I don't have a clue if any of my friends have seen it; and, as it turns out, usually they have not.

The fractured nature of our current film/tv landscape makes watching even the most laborious show an exhausting and isolating exercise...

Started off strong, but the pacing of both episodes felt off to me personally. Maybe once this season is finished I would have a better appreciation for what the whole story is, but as for right now I’m waiting in anticipation for the next episode.

I liked it for the most part, all the girlbossing was expected and annoying. Loved the fight between DD and Bullseye, knew he would survive the fall. Bullseye's stubborn like that. Sad to see no Karen and Foggy after the first 15 minutes :(

I saw the show before I saw your video. I was blown away. Disney this?!?!?!?!?! I couldn't believe it. I enjoyed the Night of the Weir Wolf, but this was awesome. I apologize for the enthusiasm but it is so refreshing. OK, I am dead and am in an alternate universe. So Sorry, my bad.
