The only problem with Jomashop is that they won't provide papers with their watches (Warranty card) that's a big no no for high end watches. Otherwise their service is superb.

I purchased a Junghans from a large retailer but regretted the lack of brand knowledge and ability to offer recommendations by the staff.
I then found a small jeweler with fair prices, and I think if you find the right guy this can be a great option.
Is that the type of shop you meant buy small retailer ?

Gosh. I hate artificial discounts. Sadly Malaysia doesn't have any laws against this practice.
