i just did this yesterday in a tube pan - it came out perfect, like you promised :)
crispy crunchy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside - even the chocolate is still creamy and did not get solid back.

some tips for who tries this: (if you follow the recipe word by word it will come out perfectly)

- use self raising flower (or if you don't have it - add normal 000 flower, baking powder according to package instructions and a pinch of salt)
- you can use semi ripe bananas - just put them into a sealed plastic bag, close to window light and they will get black in 1-2 days)
- you can substitute walnuts with whatever nuts you want, you can soak the nuts for a couple of hours then drain them - they will be even softer (optional)
- you can use real vanilla beans but add them to the liquid mixture and stir well just before combining with dry ingredients, since vanilla beans tend to lose the fragrance very fast
- to keep even more moisture after removing it from oven, cover it with a clean linen cloth so it retains moisture, and it will be soft for days
- zip lock it - do not put it into the fridge - eat it in a few days, otherwise it will dry out

Wow. I only had two bananas, so I cut the ingredients in half, added two chopped dates, and baked them for 20 minutes as muffins instead. These really are the BEST banana muffins I've ever tasted. Amazing and so easy.

Today I made this banana bread recipe and I have to say, its absolutely divine!!!! Only thing I did different since I prefer less sweetness I added 200g of dark chocolate instead of 300 milk chocolate
