Keep in mind: biodegradable and compostable are two different terms! Biodegradable breaks down in the environment, but definitely not as fast as people think it does.

I have pretty dry skin. Double cleansing with oil SAVED MY LIFEEE. After cleansing I hydrate, then moisturize and then I finish with oil. My skin soaks it all up by the AM lol!

I’ve known and loved Deepica since her Birchbox days!! I also must say I love these videos- I stopped using makeup wipes when I was 22, started a retinol routine at 25, and have been an anti-wipe advocate to my friends! My skin has improved IMMENSELY and I’m so glad I’ve had your channel as a resource!

I cannot go to sleep without double cleansing and doing my skincare. However, I grew up being a person that hardly ever did anything for my skin. It's fast, and my 19yo daughter says I look younger at 46 than I did at 40, so that's something:)

I love all the talk about double cleanse. Since I started using a cleansing balm my skin care night time routine is much faster. I used to spend like 15 minutes just trying to get all the mascara and foundation off. Now I spend 2-4 minutes massaging my balm cleanser and get everything off before a gentle gel cleanser and I’m done so much faster

I think people use facial mist at the end of their routine because they probably think it’s similar to using a setting spray at the end of their makeup application

If I'm not wearing makeup I won't double cleanse, so I don't do it every night but if I am wearing makeup then I can't skip my oil cleanser

Yes double cleanse is way better than makeup wipes!! 1) I love masssages so I love massaging my face with the cleansing balm) and then add water for it to emulsify. Then I actually take urban decay makeup meltdown remover spray and press down on my eyes with a cotton pad. And then I use my naturium niacinimide cleanser or cerave cream to foam cleanser. Then I go into toner and I use cotton pad and no makeup is shown!! That’s how I know the double cleanse works!

“Does everyone watching this do this every night?” YES!!! Trust susan when she says double cleansing IS ACTUALLY FASTER! I swear it is if you try it. It seems not, but try it first then judge 😍
