In this video I discuss everything I dislike about my 2020 Yamaha R1M. I absolutely love this bike, but it is not perfect so the goal is to build it into something that I love and really want to ride more often. First we install Brembo GP4 RX calipers, Brembo RCS 17 master cylinder, steel braided brake lines, ABS delete, Carbon underbelly, VF Designs Tail LIghts, TST Rear License Plate Bracket, Domino Grips, Bonamici rear sets, Bonamici Clip Ons, Carbon Fiber Lever Guard, Aluminum Sporckets, and an EK 3D Chain.

Hold on—someone saying the R1 is bad compared to other 1000cc bikes? That's wild, but I get it. If this person has ridden an H2, a Ducati V4R, and the M1000RR, it's understandable. Those bikes are on another level. But let's be real: the R1 is $10k cheaper and still delivers incredible performance, holding its own against those European liter bikes. For that price, I'd choose the R1 any day of the week
