thanks it worked for me, on my second hdd drive, I had 100% disk utilization for quite some time after starting windows, now it's fixed.

I have to tell the regedit operator is dangerous and you should make a backup before you do any modify. I don't know why but after i change the start item value to 4, I can't open the setting in windows. After I change the value to previous 3, it works.

My pc has emotions, everytime play a video about this. My pc cpu usage goes down from 100 to 6%. when i DAMN CLOSE THE VIDEO, MY CPU USAGE GOES GOD DAMN 200%
