How to Program Retevis RT 84 Codeplug in English and (kind of) Spanish

Espanol: 10:35 Lo siento por mi mal espanol. This is definitely not my normal video. I had been planning on making a Retevis RT-84 video in the near future, but someone needed some help, so I did what I could to help him out. I was in a livestream for Dave Caster and there was a fellow in there trying to get help for his radio. The problem was he didn't speak English. Well, I have taken Spanish (many years ago) and grew up in California and Texas, so I was able to fumble my way through asking him what the problem was. Dave was unable to help, as he didn't speak Spanish at all.
Juan Carlos is from Spain, and I offered to try my best to make a basic video on how to program a codeplug for the Retevis RT-84. I apologize now for the Spanish... it is amazing how much one forgets over the years. Hopefully, this will get Juan Carlos up and running.
Look for a more thorough video in the future on this radio. It's a solid little VHF/UHF/DMR handheld. I didn't even have the radio with me, as I programmed it for a new ham, and it was under his Christmas tree... and I don't own one of my own for demonstration purposes.
