My PC Case - Fractal Design Meshify S2 (Links to all my PC parts are Below)

Modded my case by removing the front / top foam filter thingy
I noticed no difference in noise or vibration by removing the foam from the top and front.

I'm using Noctua Chromax Black PWM Fans set on a Fan Curve, It's audible 2ft from the PC Tower but not much at all
Obviously this will introduce more dust as there's no filter but I'd rather have better temps, always do maintenance on your PC by dusting out every few months etc.

These are videos that I have that I have not shared on YT yet only on Tiktok so I'm bringing all my videos over for those wondering currently have 100 or so vids. Stay tuned.

Testing done by Gamers Nexus shows you only gain 1.7 degrees by removing the mesh. Not worth for all the added dust build up imo. Unless you're Buildzoid and absolutely need 1.7 degrees of thermal headroom.

Removing the foam filter isn't worth the extra dust inside if you have a good static pressure fan but I get it if your overclocking.

I've had my PC for four years with this case and I'm finally thinking of doing this mod. Has dust been a problem since you removed the dust filters?

I have this case and it sucks, well it should suck but it doesn’t as their foam in the front gets clogged with dust completely restricting air flow. You literally have to hose down the damn thing to clean up. Bad design!
