As a good quest player. It was REALLY annoying not having people stand on the mat, do a certain thing, not knowing how to beat a witch, it makes me go crazy. But I do keep my calm and if they get to annoying from the first room, I just leave.

All of this has happened to me before. Although, I do do some of these on accident or just being cocky. Like not reviving team mates or misclicking the start button in paintball.

Thank you for the vid Tara! I definitely hope more people see this as it would make rec rooms community so much better. A thing I do is when I get invites by friends, I usually just don’t respond to it. I don’t accept or decline. I will accept if it seems fun or I will just leave it alone so I don’t hurt their feelings. Also, I was recently playing a PvP (Dorm Room PVP) and I had an occurrence with an adult that honestly should not be playing rec room. She was calling me and literally the entire lobby that we where all “mother and saying things like’ “boys are all so bad sports. They are trash and should go die” so of course I stared a vote kick and reported her. This really made me upset because I get it, adults want to play rec room. I am fine with that. Just don’t go into games SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR KIDS and practically bully and harass them. Most adults are fine in rec room not to get confused. To me, it seems the worst are those above 50 and the worst of the worst above 60. Thanks Tara! I love your vids again!!!

I wish they would make it to where you have to be invited to a group chat & accept it in order to join a group chat. I feel like this would help a bunch of people with not being added to random group chats & having the option to either join one they dont mind joining, or decline random invites they dont want. Just an idea though

When I go to public rec centers, there's always explicit language, they just pretend or think that voice moderations don't exist. Don't ask or tell people how many tokens you have, if you do, the beggars are gonna ask to gift them something that's on their wish list, if you buy something, such as a 5 star outfit, the beggars are going to ask if they can gift them that outfit you buy. When I go to public rec centers, I just mind my own business, unless if someone calls out my display name. Those are basically things NOT to do in public Rec Centers.

Also, I’m glad you made the video because I have horrible experiences in Rec Room especially when it comes to meeting people who are the ages 16-19 anytime I join a lobby with older teens people throw hate at me I always try to reflect it in a positive way especially when I talk back to them, one time I snapped back, but I didn’t say anything too bad I didn’t even say anything that can hurt their feelings. I just said something to make them be quiet and they decided to use that against me even though you could obviously tell I was the younger one in the game. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous I mean, even though the game should be played by 13 year old. It is a game rated for 10 year olds to play so there’s obviously going to be kids were either nine or under the age or even minors, and some of the problem is Unresponsible adults or dumb teens who think they rule the world.

I agree with every single one of these, especially group chats and how many tokens you have, also because I’ll be in a public RecCenter and people ask how many tokens I have or for a gift, if I have enough tokens for their gift, you know what happens next, also sometimes, I’ll just lie and say a lower amount than I actually have.

I agree on teaming to a limit. If you are teaming for wholesome reasons and not killing people then I feel it’s okay. For example grouping up with people to see who outlives the swarm last

As I read “don’t impersonate a staff member, I thought about it for a minute. Usually I dress up as Boethiah or Soul Fox, but when people wonder and ask, “are you the real one?!” they’d smile at me. I’d just respond “no, ” but what I was wondering is if dressing up in general is impersonating. Also great video Tara!

2:08 I'm actually half of this, but the reason I intentionally avoid reviving them and try to clear out the room is because I want to make sure it's safe and I won't get hit by a stray fireball right in front of my teammate.

The scoreboard one is very annoying, especially when you try to do daily and you need to play team battle but people starts before you even spawn and they say “but you should have been quicker!” 😐
