I had that problem the other day, I didn't know about your video. what I did was went to modify block and made width wider then went to modify pattern and made it wider and that worked, However I only had a couple of inches to make up for I do appreciate this video for future use.

Great video! Could also Repeat the pattern new pattern with added width & add as many rows as needed instead of Copy. So many ways to get the same end results.
