What I love about this album specifically is that the songs get deeper in meaning the older you get. I started listening to Jamie when I was 13, and I tended to like her upbeat songs more than these slower ones, perhaps because I didn’t identify with them. Now in my mid 20s…this song hits me like it never did before. Thanks Jamie, God is using you ❤️

this song is just a big encouragment in my life... I love this honesty..."i anxiously wait".... it's so true...
I always said to myself : you have to be strong but the truth always was that I was and that I am anxious about what will happen ...
while i listend to this song and i agreed with this feelings i felt just so free after I confessed that I am afraid... God gave me peace...it was like he would say : It's ok Child, I will get you through this time...I understand that you have fear but you really don't have to. You are Not alone!!
i think God really wants us to be honest. ..I mean altough when we don't tell him and we try to hide : HE sees our hearts anyway....

He is the one and only GOD and our perfect and holy Father and our saviour!!! when he is with us who could stand against us?!?!

I'm also a missionary kid and my family is in the states on a break ( 5 yrs ) and we're going back this summer and honestly i' scared! I am 11 and in middle school but still, the Lord will help me get through this. And this song helps me too it tells me i'm not alone. God put Jamie in my life for a reason and i think this is that reason!i know this is the waiting!

Dang I didn't even know The Waiting existed. I thought it was just my sucky life. Like right now NOTHING makes any sense for me. But I'm fasting and trusting God. Its pretty hard but Jamie is encouraging me that this will soon be over and theres a reason behind all of this. :')
