BOSE ACOUSTIMASS 5 III & 7 - OPEN ENCLOSURE BASS Test

Today I am testing another pair of subs, some Bose that I have found for 20$ each on second hand pages. I wanted to see how they was mounted inside to analize those 5,52 inch woofers.
I can say - no bad at all! If you could make some new DIY enclosure for those speakers, it will a be great soundind machine by Bose. 4 Ohm each.

Dude by a new amp ! These woofers are true monsters, they handle a TON of power, they don't deserve to be powered by that little thing lol

The 7 has 3 subs. And you need that front cover on to get full potential and they need to be in a corner with the port facing the wall

I had accoustimas 6, same woofers, put on laney 600rms, verry impressive little smell at max volume 😅.

This is a BAND-PASS subwoofer, that is, it is known that when you open the back wall of this subwoofer, it will play worse very much. The very experts in the comments.... Bose Acoustimass are very good subwoofers and I'm not looking at marketing here, just pure bass playing. These subwoofers can withstand very high power and can even go low, despite their size, like the Acoustimass 10.

Love that Panasonic mini system unit. Probably not enough power for the Bose.

Wow good bass it sounds as bad as hooking it up at directly to an audio jack cable to your phone
