omg stop, people in the comments: you literally make people guilty by association!! To do anything, you would have to know concrete situations and concrete evidence, genius, and many of them didn't! you can't call the cops just because there is a party! Just because some celebs went to the parties or knew, vaguely, about some party, doesn't mean he/she is guilty or was at the after-party. and Diddy told them it was all legal and there were adults, so how they could have known? not everyone was in every situation! These parties were held in enormous houses or hotels, and a lot of people were in different places, and just at the 'official' party.
