This is exactly how I finally got my Raptor mount for my Orc main back in WotLK. Finding Darkspear rep quests was a huge pain in the ass, even with Outland and Northrend!

Some quests shown on questie will also show +rep to either "horde" or "alliance" which means you'll get rep for all the factions, so do plan on those as well. Some faction quests also give a little bit of rep to other ones, but doesn't always seem consistent. Example: Some quests for darkspear trolls give rep for orgrimmar.

how does this change in wotlk when you get mounts at lvl 20? is rep gain faster or is the bar lowered?

I started in tbc and did all the grey mission in teldrassil, darnassus, darkshore, ashenvale as a human lvl 42 and got plenty of rep to get exalted in 1 day . I did some ashenvale as a lvl 25 some time ago and started the rep grind when I was already honored by the way.

Runecloth stacks go for 1.3g on my server. 420x 1.3 = 546g . And there is only so much of it for sale each day on the AH. not like you can simply buy all 420 stacks in 1 day.

Great video MrGM! I need to grind out some faction rep with the Night Elves so i can get a tiger. I didn't start at the early levels because i didn't realize that the Paladin & Warlock epic mounts wouldn't be in the game in phase 1. So I am gonna have to try and start getting rep with Darnassus even though I'm already level 40.

there is another way to build global reputation, buy wearing each reputation tabard. will boost yoru reputation to exalt.

Just a headsup:
Its NOT possible to reach exalted in WoW Classic with any faction before reaching level 40 or even 60 without runecloth turn in of course.

There rep u get is not high enough even with the splash rep gain, meaning u gain some rep in factions when gaining quest rep for other ones.

But why do many claim that it works? Cause they did it on private severs where the rep gain is higher or on TBC Classic where the rep gain was increased.
