I'm always sceptical as to the ease of use when they choose to cut back to the flat tortilla rather than showing a continuous take once they press down on the handle.

The cottor pin seem really lose, is it not supposed to be secured by bending it in the end you have inserted? He does not to this in the video though... Very strange

I just put mine together and the cotter pin keeps slipping out. Should I open it a little to keep it in?

My press came with two pins . Is that to replace the pin if it gets damaged?

Can i make smaller sizes of tortilla on this machine? As i do not a big cast iron pan. Is this 25cm or 20 cm tortillapress? I wanna buy 25cm tortilla press but i was wondering if i can make different sizes of tortilla or not.
