In a rare move, Apple offered discounts during the annual “Double-11 Shopping Festival” for the first time in 2023. Authorized retailers in China are already slashing the prices of the iPhone 15 by over 100 US dollars. Apple CEO Tim Cook expressed optimism about Apple's long-term prospects in the world's second-largest economy.
