Guess i'll say this again:
1. Twitch internal Trust and Safety reviewed his case after initial report. Found nothing and closed the case.
2. Lengty arbitration with Twitch after the ban. Lawyers and a JUDGE look at EVERYTHING. Found nothing illegal was done by him. Case settled.
3. Reported to NCMEC by Twitch employee. They find nothing and does not escalate. Case closed.

Christopher Hitchens once said "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence". The burden of evidence is on the accuser. They accuse him, they can provide the evidence. All I have seen so far is every time this has been looked into by proper authorities the case is dismissed every single time.

Its true we can argue he is a dumbass for putting himself in this situation yes, but he did nothing horrendously bad.

Jeremy, this isn't that difficult. Doc said he made sure to emphasize certain words knowing that the media was going to create a narrative. He didn't say that what he said was false. Indeed, he admitted in his stream that the conversation included, "Mutual banter and inappropriate jokes." It doesn't contradict anything he's already said.

As i understood it, his explanation for putting the word Minor in was to catch Cody out saying that he had 1st hand knowledge of the evidence. Doc and Twitch knew there was no minor involved but if Cody ran with it, then Doc produced the findings of the court to people then it goes to show that Cody was not only lying but exaggerated what he knew. It's a clever way to out a source, painful but Doc knew it had to be done to kill the rat.

I will say this, I watched a lawyer give his opinion on Doc's response and he has worked with someone that went through the same thing. From the lawyer's perspective, he and another looked at Doc's response to this and the lawyer thinks Doc's take is solid. Take that for what you will.s
