Most people are afraid of taking risks in life, but is what you're doing truly driving you toward the life you want? In this episode, Thomas and Bobby share their mindset on embracing uncertainty and pursuing your passions as they discuss why stepping out of your comfort zone can lead to greater fulfillment.

Let’s hear from them on why having a supportive partner, letting go of material-driven success, and living with gratitude are key. They explore how understanding the fragility of life helps you live with more purpose and how passion-driven risk-taking can bring deeper meaning to your journey.

(This episode is special because instead of doing it indoors at a studio, we're doing it outdoors with our beloved cars 🚗🚙)

The blind pursuit of wants and material things and living up to expectations of people who you don't know and who don't care about you, is something almost everyone does at some point in their life. Sad part is if someone don't ever get out of this phase, never open their eyes. Some people live their dreams, some people close their eyes.

Always very insightful, inspirational and interesting to hear Bobby every time either on how he approaches life and etc. Bobby you have to write a book on your life and outlook of life, I would buy that book. Very inspiring as always.

I’ve enjoyed every single one of the episodes here with all the guests so far, but this talk with Bobby has got to be the most inspiring and eye-opening one for me. Having been following Bobby for many many years, and also hearing hin talk about his career journey, it’s even more inspiring now hearing more in-det and more details about his journey. And his point about “taking risks” and the “safe route”, it really made me rethink my perspectives on life. Thank you Thomas and Bobby for having this conversation!

I really have to disagree with the idea that math, chemistry, and physics aren’t important. When you drive a car, you’re benefiting from a ton of hard work in those fields. Cars are achievements of engineering marvels that rely on hardcore mathematics, physics for understanding motion, and chemistry for developing the best materials.

As an influencer, you have the power to shape people’s beliefs. So please don’t influence others to think that certain subjects in school aren’t important. It undermines the incredible achievements of science and engineering that shape our daily lives.

And if you feels these subjects aren’t worth studying, maybe you should spend more time in an art gallery talking about art and history. That’s fine, but they shouldn’t overlook how much we rely on the sciences in everything we do. Every subject has its value, and all of them connect in meaningful ways.

Let’s celebrate all fields because they each play a crucial role in shaping our world!

I love to hear Bobby's thoughts sometimes, and I agree with Thomas that his line of thought doesn't align with societal norms. He sounds like an incredibly positive person, which funnily enough is also why I have stopped watching his car reviews. My friend actually mentioned that "aiya Bobby's reviews always say all positive things only one", now it occurs to me that Bobby finds positives in even the worst things in life. So now maybe you have a car that's gonna handle like sampan that he reviews, but he would enjoy it so much while it's being a sampan that you are not sure whether he's actually praising or criticizing the car.

Also, thanks Thomas for sharing the wisdom from the old man, that was eye-opening.

Different people have different commitment, some more some less.
So does privileges vary. So one can say it’s a dream or goal but another will say that is a want and not a need so he or she will forego that urge.
We came to this world empty, so will we leave empty as well.
In between that time, how we want to live our lives is up to us. Some people cherish moments more than items, vice versa. Some people rather have peace than goals.
