Sometimes less IS more... A lot of todays ski footage is spiny twisty stuff and personally for me clean turns and lines is what skiings about, whether is fast carving of groomed slopes, smooth turns in powder or hacking the bumps. Love this guys skiing !!

Awesome video. His turns are so fun to watch. The mid air turns are just beautiful. Would love to see more content on this guy in the future if possible!

Marcus I’m a fan -Life is good and take the sweet moments to enjoy our passions whenever we can. Suit up and show up and the adventure begins! And bring your humor to get through the scrapes!
For people like me you videos/short films leave us laughing and cheering and excited for the next time we’ll be standing at the top of a mountain or a run ready to dance with the SNOW!

21st century, Scott Schmidt. And Scott was an Icon, and still is for those old enough to remember.

Great to see Scott Schmidt style turns with good solid technique again! Or turns in general, for that matter!

I would argue that Scot Schmidt is the best skier of all time. His smear turn style is legendary. It's beautiful, angular, and powerful. It's how people should aspire to ski (at least, I think.) I try to emulate that in my own skiing. It's pure.

Making turns cool again is quite the claim in a growing freestyle world

Nice vid. I think it’s laughable how little technical skill most pro skiers have these days. You can be a pro skier for your acrobatic skills, a diminished sense of self preservation, and the ability to change direction and hang on no matter what. The ski community needs more videos of skiers like this guy.

This guy can buy a turn. He gets it; skiing is ski to snow contact. Not circus acts with skis on.
