I cant thank you enough for sharing this video I bought a pair of shoes they were $100 and I didn't realize until I got home that they were two different colors because they were the last pair and one of the shoes was a display shoe they have been cleaned so much that it was so much lighter than the other one I was so upset because I really love these shoes and I searched all on the internet to try to find ways to clean them and none of them said anything about using steam but thanks to you I have restored my shoes and now they both look the same again thank you so much for this Secret it really worked!

Thank you! I got a dark brown pair of suede chukkas and immediately matter them much lighter by using a suede brush. The steam technique restored then to the dark brown color I wanted.

Does the steam from the iron help with bald suede at all? I've got some suede trainers that look all leathery at the back so I don't know what to do with them

I've had a pair of Suede boots for about a year now, the suede has gone shiny just on the toe, any idea how to fix that? It's gone a little hard as well

I certainly would have used Saphir Médaille d'Or Omni'Nettoyant on the suede and used Renovateur spray in a matching color after the shoes dried overnight. Super Invulner the next day would really waterproof and protect the suede.

When you use a brush on the edges after using color to restore the edges, does that brushing transfer any color to the suede? Do you have to mask it off before brushing?

Many thanks. Very helpful. I have small holes in the nap of the suede. At the toe where I think I kicked open a door foolishly. Is there any kind of spray fibre that one can get to fill in those small surface holes in the nap please? Suede dye doesn't sort it.
