Our flight was onboard a Virgin Atlantic A350-1000 in Upper Class!

This may just be the chicest way to cross the pond. With the legendary Virgin Clubhouse Lounge, onboard suites, elevated dining, and even lounges on their planes, our expectations are sky high for this flight. But will Virgin Atlantic meet, miss, or exceed those expectations?

I don't find your comments and the JebScore to be criticisms so much as they are honest observations, and you always make it clear that your opinions are your own and your scoring system subjective. You always encourage others to comment as well, which makes your criticisms feel more like invitations for others to have a dialogue. Your sense of gratitude is always clearly apparent.

Took my kid on VA many years ago. He accidentally spilled and made a mess of his clothes. The crew were so kind - brought us pajamas from UC for him to wear and cleaned his seat while we got him changed in the UC bathroom.

Then once he was settled in, they brought him candy and a little toy. Absolutely amazing crew ❤️

I Doubt anyone would mistake your criticism for lack of gratitude - Criticism is very very important amongst travel vloggers like you guys! There's nothing as bland as hoping to get an amazing experience while paying thousands for it and it turns out nothing like you expected.

I flew in the early days of Virgin Atlantic and their Upper Class at the time was a first class experience at a business class fare. On the 747 equipment you could sign up for a massage on the upper deck (which I did on several occasions). While getting the massage the crew would make up your seat into a bed with a down comforter. and would set you up with a hot chocolate with fresh whipped cream. It was a truly luxurious experience. They started pulling back on such amenities after the first few years and became a business class level of service - better than some, worse than others.

I've been on 31 cruises (all the major lines) and Virgin is my favorite hands down, far and away. Food is great, atmosphere is chill.

You were generous in your score for service. Rude to shut your shade, nowhere to be seen the whole 30 minutes you were in the social area and messy, and them telling another passenger they had to wait for service to get a snack is more two star in my opinion, especially as some people would have paid full price. I would be fuming if I had paid full price and got that service. Thank you for showing us your experience.

Loved the Virgin cruise, the food option is amazing, the cabins are spectacular, the entertainment is different and the ambiance is relaxed .
Remember TIPS and soft drink options are included. Just relax and enjoy

As a Virgin crew member watching your videos I’d firstly like to say I adore and love your travel videos. I’ve been a subscriber for a long time and wish I was on this flight to meet both you and Suzanne. Secondly the crew member onboard shouldn’t have come and shut the window blind on a day flight. It’s not our usual practice, so I’m sorry to see this. The loft area usually should be kept clear and free but clearly they might have been busy and forgot. Please understand how busy we get and sometimes things go a miss. As always never be afraid to pop your head into the galley and ask for anything. What a respectable gentleman you are as always and I do hope the small things don’t put you off fly in with Virgin again. Safe travels to you both 🙋🏽‍♂️

This is so weird! My girlfriend and I literally flew upperclass from Heathrow back home to Boston a month ago, and seeing the lounge again was super fun in this video! Our experience was amazing, flying on their newest aircraft, and the suits just made the 7+ hours zip by like nothing. The personalized service was a really nice touch too. We both did manage a pre-ordered meal and it worked out without a hitch, but the website was super flaky.

I got the upgrade SFO to London and LHR to SFO by bid for only $550 over premium economy last year. What an experience! The lounge, the seat, the service. Love Virgin!

Virgin Voyage Cruise....DO IT!!! Cool cruise line and you gotta try it with a balcony (Sea Terrace) room. If you liked the swings in the lounge, you'll love the hammock.
