I'm sorry, I'm European, and the German energy policy IS idiotic.

That German energy policy sucks is not exactly wrong. However it is also a very undiplomatic way of saying it.

With the US becoming more isolated, Europe needs to step up and rise to the plate. Take any power left by the US, before either China or Russia takes it.

I think it's pathetic we are depending on these people for our defense. The fact that the EU is still uncapable of setting up it own common defense is depressing.

It helped a lot to pick Kamala Harris over Biden. Basically any younger candidate would be better than Biden. Elections in US are won by taking Independents votes and those were apalled by both candidates age, not suited for presidency.

3:20 Yeah, I think most people would agree that Germany's power policy has been on the idiotic side of things for quite some time now. But otherwise the guy is a complete joke.

I believe less US interference in Europe will bring the EU together more and more. The value of working together against the threat of Russia will see new members in the EU and even a more united EU 🇪🇺

Frankly while all other point on Vance are wrong or debatable, the German energy policy is a catastrophe

Vance did far more than just call Trump an idiot, he called Trump "Americas Hitler".

Biden should've dropped out a year ago

Tbh - German energy policy does suck
Overly depending on Russia first;
Switching off muclear for coal rather than after other green alternatives have been secured...

Saying that JD is "all of a sudden, " Trumps biggest ally is a little disingenuous. He changed his tune on Trump publicly like three years ago before he ran for Senate.

2:39 The problem is that, should the worst happen, Vance *could* become president if advanced age claims DJT.

Trump is right, I myself being an European. NATO members should invest more in the army, it is logically true and strategically as well. The fact other Europeans sees trump as the bad guy and not the weak European politicians is hilarious for me.

The only reason any of this is an issue is because Americans increasingly feel like Europeans don't like us at best or openly despise us at worst. The question then becomes, why are we helping a group of countries that outright resent us? That's a very easy attack line for Trump to exploit, because there's a lot of truth to it.

If Europeans actually want America to stick around, it wouldn't hurt for them to show camaraderie and appreciation every now and again. Even this video sort of falls into this trap - apparently American taxpayers are just supposed to finance EU security policy (and by extension, their generous welfare benefits).

To be fair, paying 2% if GDP for nato membership is a bargain for all eu countries. It's not that much, compared to what we get, primarily from the USA.

Trump has a point, at least for this one.
