Sold by Amazon label never appears for me. FBA shows just fine. Any idea why this could be?

Followed all the steps,
1. Google Chrome,
2. Downloaded widget
3. Opened up Amazon

... and it doesn't work... Help Please.

Hi Daniel, I just used this tool to monitor the ranking of our items in Amazon, however, I noticed that the ranking is not that consistent. Is it normal? Like for example, last Monday the item rank is 24, 000 and then on Tuesday it went far by 60, 000 and then today it would down to 120, 000. Is this usually a normal movement of rank for an item? Thanks in advance! Btw! Great videos! :) God bless.

I have chrome I have a Google account I added to desktop it says it will be added to any computer when I am signed in chrome only im signed in on my tablet but cant find it?
