I’m a cheerleader of 5 years so here’s a tip: bow comes before curling and teasing. After you put the bow in Bobby bin it to their head and put a pony tail holder on top of the bow pony tail holder to make sure the bow doesn’t fly out

Once the high pony is in place split it in half (upper and lower haves) and tease both halves. In that center part place one or 2 "butterfly" clips. Spread the upper half over the clips. Also helps to "set" the volume with a blow dryer and some freezing spray like aussie or got2b glued.

Here’s some tips for the bow
1. Use bobby pins to secure your bow
2. Wrap the bow hair tie around the bow 1 or 2 times (it might hurt a little)
3. For a more shiny look use the got 2 be glued spray or gel. ❤❤ Hope this helps ❤❤

if you're getting serious about cheerleading, I think investing in a hairpiece is a good idea. They come restyled so all you have to do is wrap the pre-made ponytail around her normal hair either in a bun or a pony. imo a great investment to make since they save SO much time on comp mornings.

Hi, I was a cheerleader for 13 years so i totally understand the pain of doing the hair, what I always found helpful was to put the bow in after the pony then tease and then curl it. Also the product it’s a 10 is an absolute lifesaver when going to get the tease out
