Slow Down the video Slow Down the video and as you see them attempting to remove the layers so to speak they're actually switching back and forth between those sections between two separate footages the reason why that is is when you slow it down when they remove the top layer that is overcasting the background streetlight when you remove the layer and put the layer back on top and should not shift the street light
