As we are talking about unlimited magica I will share my method to make all spells cost nothing using only one armor slot.
It’s as easy as making a restoration potion of + 3300% and then unequip and equip the amulet of Saarthal of the first mission of the College of Winterhold. As long as you don’t unequip the amulet, all of your spells will cost 0 magica. Hope you enjoy it :)

I figured this one out on my own somewhat early on, it can come in handy many times. Still, I wouldn’t know about things like the burn effect from flames magic being able to stack (jump around in a forge for further explanation) without the internet.

That's nice for the start and novice spells. The best way I figured to get free magicka later on in the game:
We all know the glitch where you use the werewolf/vampire lord transformation and a follower to wear multiple amulets of Talos and vet free shouts. Shows that you could do this with a lots of diffrent enchanted items. You could duplicate and wear shitloads, of the magicka hood you find in the beginning or 7 rings of destruction or both.
