Sorry but that video is just a description of CRMs. Nothing else. And an advertisement for Asana. I've using Asana with my team for a long time and it's overcomplicated. It's a bin for to-do. After a year or two, I feel we did not use it at all with my team. Confusing. I found Monday 2 weeks ago and I already love it and mastered the easy customization process... Love it. My advice is to go with Monday and you will save a ton of time.

I am a senior graphic designer. We were using Wrike and now using Mfiles. I was asked to look for a better software. I think Asana sounds pretty good to me. Our division only 14 people. I work closely with a bunch of brand managers with packaging labels and we revise the artwork based on their comments/feedback. For the brand managers, can they just write their feedback on the Asana and do designers get notifications on the feedback? Me as a designer, do I get some email notifications that the brand managers have left feedback on the artwork?
