Cervical Spine Series: Rotation Assessment

Показать описание
Our final cervical assessment and corrective for this week is the rotation of the neck.
To assess cervical rotation, turn your head toward your shoulder, and tap your chin down as far as you can. You should be able to hit the middle of the collar bone for full range of motion. Then switch and assess the other side.
