This is sad. If he is the police spokes man and that is how he’s behaving on camera, how about when cameras are away? Police need to be reformed. Mr Owino is arguing the law from a position of ignorance and it is disgusting to hear his arguments.

Wow both gentlemen should stop that is embarrassing, especially when both are top officials acting in a quarrelsome manner please don’t let Kenyans look bad.

The question was since when the Police Service has changed to Police Force....unfortunately owino became emotional with silly threats of warning people instead of explanation - NONSENSE

Do policemem have the right to shot a loaded pistol up in the air aimlessly? We havd video clips of people in plain clothes embedded with the police shooting their guns recklessly.

As a Nation we are losing the path to righteousness. If the constitution is hard to follow by both citizens and Police, I believe the Bible should be our fall back plan. After all the deaths, injuries and loss/destruction of properties witnessed in the recent past, we should all reflect as Kenyans and as human beings that in all we do whether is right in our Creator's eyes. I urge all my fellow Kenyans to repent on the sins we have committed against each other and ask for forgiveness where we wrong others. It's a simple sentence but if we reflect on ourselves, God will lead us to salvation.

Arresting politicians and locking them for long is the only answer to Kenyan peace. Look no one dies in uganda in polotical rally.Politicians should not be allowed to use the poor jobless people of nation to fulfill their political goals. Why no one from runda n etc
