I have a question that most online buyers are generally confused on.

Most seller show 2 bulbs (colored and white) in the image. Some of them sell it in bundle of 2.

My question is does the white bulb unable to create colored light? And does the colored light bulb unable to create a white light?

Is it any good for reading? How is that compared to other lights? I'm mainly interested in this for the dinner option and choice of how warm the colour is, but I think I might be able to find a better product for that.
