About Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles:
After a couple of significantly groundbreaking years in Los Angeles luxury real estate, the housing market has taken a turn for the worse. Between high interest rates, the “Mansion Tax” and a low inventory of homes, the city’s hottest agents Josh Altman, Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor are back and feeling a new kind of heat. Stuck in the middle of a shaky market, deals are dragging out, taking much longer to close than before. The agents find themselves accepting deals they never would have previously and getting more innovative with their strategies, employing any means necessary to close the deal.

Josh always shows up, and owns it! I love that about him. He loves what he does and it shows. This is why he is one of the most successful realtors. I like all of them though 😚😘

Let me get this straight - I do not enjoy reality tv - HOWEVER! I stumbled across this show (live in Melbourne Aust) some years ago and make this my exception - I just love it!! Feels like my guilty pleasure - and it is not so much about the real estate as the lives of the agents. Adore.

Something tells me it's a very different scenario when you sell your house for a year or two, customized all the furniture, and then suddenly just accept a considerably lower amount from it's original value and to top all that, you ask for it to be sold immediately. that kinds screams money troubles for me.

They tried selling this for $21.995 months before this was filmed (after owning it for only 5 months), then kept lowering the price, finally to $16.995 in July 2023. It sold for $15 million. Some key facts were left out.

Wait so the sellers bought this home, got the furniture custom made, and decide to just sell it after barely living in the house. Interesting....

Why don’t they rent it out for a couple of years? I can’t imagine being okay with intentionally losing money.
